What does Surgerise stand for?
Although the word Surgerise is often used as a verb in a hospital environment, it is a non existing word. It’s used to express you've performed a surgical procedure, e.g., ‘I surgerised my patient’. It means so much as ‘I took care of it’ or ‘I made it better’ and that’s exactly what we’re doing here as well, taking care of surgeons and making it better for them, that is.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we happily deliver globally. Check our straight forward Shipping Policy for all the details.

I need to specify my order, how should I do that?
If your item of choice requires specifications, for example your finger size when you purchase a ring, you can add those instructions in the open text field in your cart.

Is it possible to send my order to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. By default the billing and shipping address are the same, but during checkout you have the option to make the changes you desire.

I did not receive a confirmation email, what can I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your final purchase, than the following could have gone wrong:

Your email provider has marked our message as spam and has moved it to your junk folder;
You have made a typing error in your e-mail address;
Your payment has not yet been approved and processed, for some direct debit cards this can take up to two days for your bank to approve the payment. As soon as your payment has been approved you’ll receive the confirmation e-mail.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
As soon as you complete an order we start with processing your order. When that is done all systems are go and we hand your order over to our postel partner for shipping.

Processing time means order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after you placed you order. We notify the manufacturer and the postal service provider to gear up to process your order, this takes about 2–4 days.

Shipping time means the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 to 30 business days. After processing items usually take between 7 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

I would like to receive my order as quick as possible, what is the best procedure?
In the event that you require urgent express shipping, you can reach out to us directly at, but keep in mind that express shipping is very costly, tariffs can easily rack up to €200,- and more, depending on the weight, size and destination.
Often it's just not worth it, this is why we do not offer this as a standard service. Besides patience is a virtue.
We trust that you will only inquire about express options when you absolutely have to speed things up and are ready to pay extra.

Can I return my products if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 30 days of your purchase date. After this period, the purchase is considered final. Please check the Refund Policy for all the details.

How do I return or exchange my product(s)?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return package with the return form, you will be refunded the purchase amount, excluding any delivery costs, within 15 working days.
